    Hi Cav,

    Finally got around to reading this in more detail today. You’re probably aware that a number of departments have symbols for feedback, for instance at my current school a star indicates something done well and an arrow something that needs attention. This is a quick way of feeding back during a lesson, maintaining a light touch dialogue that allows the teacher to get around whole class during the short space of time available.
